For Penshurst Mews we shaped a digital story around what makes the scheme genuinely special: a rare, small collection of brand-new homes tucked away on a tree-lined mews in SE15, while still being an easy walk (0.57 miles) to Queens Road Peckham for fast links into the city, including London Bridge in around 8 minutes. Instead of treating it like “just another listing”, the site experience was built to sell the lifestyle first: calm, green streets and nearby parks, with Peckham’s energy and regeneration right on the doorstep.
The design and content approach leaned into premium detail, because the specification does a lot of the heavy lifting. We highlighted the considered finishes and modern comforts that buyers actually care about, from oak-style flooring and oak internal doors to air source heat pumps, zoned underfloor heating and those handy USB-C sockets (because nobody wants to choose between charging a phone and switching on a lamp). Kitchens and bathrooms were treated as hero moments too, with Howdens Clerkenwell J-Pull cabinetry, quartz worktops and Bosch appliances, plus high-end sanitaryware and brushed bronze and gold finishes.
To help the development feel both exclusive and effortless, we brought the practical benefits forward: a private gated community with app-linked access, landscaped gardens with porcelain patios, integrated sprinklers, and generous bike storage with lighting and e-bike charging. The result is a clear, confident web presence that balances aspiration with clarity, giving prospective buyers a reason to book a viewing, and giving the developer a polished platform that reflects the quality of the build.
