David Rutherford
David brings over 30 years’ experience as a main contractor delivering new-build residential housing projects and has successfully operated his own contracting business since 2011. DMR Homes benefits from an experienced and well-established core team, with a proven track record of delivering schemes to tight deadlines. Through many years of hands-on delivery of construction projects, often on constrained sites and subject to stringent compliance requirements, David has developed a strong understanding of what is required to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and on programme, while maintaining quality throughout.

Matt Chivers
Matt has worked within the property industry since 1998, starting as a Trainee Land Auctioneer before progressing into Land Agency and land acquisition roles with a select number of large PLC Land and New Homes companies. Over the past 12 years, he has specialised in land sourcing and residential development, taking responsibility for schemes ranging from 2 to 185 units. Matt has built strong relationships across the industry and brings solid experience supporting the project management and delivery of residential schemes across London and the Southeast. He also oversees financial control and pre-construction, ensuring projects are commercially robust and well-coordinated prior to commencement on site.
